Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end product design for the Eight Sleep app across information architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
  • •Conduct usability studies and user interviews, partnering with customer discovery to inform design decisions using data
  • •Iterate on designs using qualitative and quantitative insights to improve engagement and reduce churn
  • •Build, document, and organize UI components for the design library and system to ensure consistency across the app
  • •Serve as subject matter expert for app design patterns and interactions, staying current on mobile design trends and best practices
