Key Responsibilities

  • •Support innovation and application projects within Kerry RD&A teams, contributing to sustainable nutrition goals.
  • •Help develop and improve products through bench-scale and pilot-scale trials.
  • •Apply scientific principles to enhance product taste, nutrition, and functionality.
  • •Document experimental outcomes to support scale-up and product transfer to manufacturing.
  • •Maintain retained samples and ensure raw materials are within shelf-life while keeping the lab and equipment organised and lab-ready.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 24,784 annually

  • •Be studying a related science degree such as Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Nutrition, Microbiology, Bioscience, or Bakery Technology, and be on track for a 2:1 classification.
  • •Have a curious, organised mindset and be ready to get involved and learn within a global business.
  • •Take ownership of your work and know when to ask questions or reach out for support.
  • •Be eager to explore AI and new technologies to solve real challenges.
  • •Be comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and Copilot, and communicate clearly with your team.
