Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, grow, and develop a team of roughly 4-8 library engineers through coaching and feedback.
  • •Own team delivery and productivity, including planning, milestones, reviews, and on-call rotation.
  • •Set product direction with Product Management and balance priorities across App & API Protection, Workload Protection, and Code Security.
  • •Stay technically close to the work by applying technical judgment, contributing code where it matters most, and maintaining quality and architecture.
  • •Build alignment across language teams and partners, shape team culture, and own accountability when problems occur.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience managing a team of engineers, including setting direction with Product Managers and owning backlog delivery.

  • •Pragmatic product-engineering experience weighing technical trade-offs against customer impact.
