Key Responsibilities

•Define, document, and deploy software engineering execution processes, workflows, and guidance artifacts aligned with engineering lifecycle requirements.
•Develop and maintain software release compliance artifacts (including SDPs and engineering execution controls) to meet technical and procedural standards.
•Analyze software engineering performance data to identify systemic issues, execution bottlenecks, risk indicators, and optimization opportunities; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
•Design and architect engineering performance dashboards, scorecards, analytics pipelines, and leadership reporting products for high-fidelity technical insight.
•Support metric accuracy and governance by enabling manual, tool-enabled, and automated data collection solutions and facilitating technical working sessions to standardize definitions and thresholds.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a degree in STEM and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience (unless prohibited by local laws/regulations).
•Experience in software engineering, systems engineering, engineering operations, or software process/metrics roles.
•Experience developing, documenting, or maintaining software engineering processes, workflows, SDPs, or other engineering compliance artifacts.
•Experience performing quantitative analysis of engineering/technical performance data (trend analysis, statistical methods, root-cause analysis).
•Experience creating dashboards, scorecards, or reporting products using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
