Collaboration Managed Services Engineer (L2)

Ensure the smooth operation of clients’ collaboration and communication systems by supporting managed services activities and incident management. Use moderate knowledge of collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
