Delicatessen Team Leader

Lead the day-to-day operations of the delicatessen department in a hypermarket setting. Ensure high-quality product presentation, freshness, and availability while managing assortment, pricing, and promotions. Oversee inventory, replenishment, and delivery receipt, and control waste and stock losses. Supervise, coach, and evaluate team members, maintain food safety and hygiene standards, and use customer satisfaction and performance metrics to drive improvements.
