Job Summary

Own industrial costing and standard cost processes at the Vignate plant, including material standard cost setup, annual costing runs, and PPV/cost burden analysis. Drive month-end close support with BS/P&L reconciliations, journal entries, inventory reconciliation, and insightful reporting. Partner with Operations on work order and production variance root-cause analysis, improve data integrity and internal controls, and support budgeting and forecasting in SAP-driven manufacturing operations.

•Perform standard costing activities including material standard cost definition, costing view creation, costing runs, and annual costing coordination.
•Support material enrichment and PPV (purchase price variance) analysis and reporting, including standard cost burden/absorption components validation.
•Conduct industrial cost controlling through work order cost review, material/production variance root-cause analysis, and transaction review for correct accounting and product costs.
•Support month-end close activities with BS/P&L reconciliations, journal entry postings, inventory reconciliation and analysis, and analytical reporting.
•Contribute to budgeting/forecasting and continuous improvements to costing processes, data integrity, internal controls, and operational support.

•Understanding of internal controls and experience with SOX processes.
