Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership and supervision of all disciplines to deliver scheduled and planned work in line with safety and quality systems.
  • •Manage employees and specialist services contractors to deliver maintenance, capital projects, and shutdowns.
  • •Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventative activities and refurbishment programs across sites to meet service objectives within required timeframes.
  • •Ensure duties are performed according to Wood’s and the clients’ HSE programs.
  • •Deliver against contract KPIs and business objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Foster a collaborative, high-performing, client-oriented safety culture and effectively lead clients’ workforce to support contract objectives.
  • •Understand and ensure compliance with the clients’ Permit to Work System.
  • •Develop, review, and ensure SWMS (Safe Work Method Statements) and associated paperwork are completed and understood.
  • •Report incidents using the Loss Prevention System (LPS), and lead or participate in investigations and implementation of actions.
  • •Support planning and coordination of the maintenance program, prioritise/schedule work by trades, and optimise resources to deliver timely, cost-effective services.
