Field Supervisors

Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision across teams delivering maintenance, capital projects, and shutdowns in the Surat Basin. Ensure scheduled work meets safety and quality systems while driving operational reliability, productivity, and financial performance. Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventative activities and refurbishment programs, manage employees and specialist contractors, and support maintenance program coordination with a focus on compliance, HSE processes, and contract KPIs.
