Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and manage safety programs, policies, and procedures in compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other regulations.
  • •Identify hazards, investigate incidents/injuries/property losses, and prepare detailed reports and presentations while maintaining the OSHA 300 log.
  • •Organize and oversee mandatory safety training (including forklift operation, lockout/tagout, and equipment safety) and support weekly/monthly safety meetings.
  • •Ensure environmental permit and regulatory compliance and manage contractor safety programs in line with site safety standards.
  • •Serve as point of contact for OSHA/EPA/DOT inspections, maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and support workers’ compensation and insurance claims.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in industrial safety management, Environmental Science, or related field (strongly preferred).
  • •1–3 years of experience in a safety role in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • •In-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.
  • •Strong analytical skills to assess data and identify trends, with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
