Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee all campus-level operational services and ensure smooth, compliant, cost-effective delivery.
  • •Manage procurement and contract activities, including operational budgets, POs/DoA compliance, vendor performance, and asset tagging.
  • •Lead health and safety implementation, maintain H&S documentation, chair HSE meetings, and coordinate incident reporting and inspections.
  • •Coordinate events and excursions approvals, liaise with transport and third-party vendors, and manage escalated trip issues.
  • •Ensure compliance (e.g., license renewals) and drive ESG initiatives, campus development/CIP projects, and shared services coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or relevant operational qualification.

  • •NEBOSH and IOSH preferred.
  • •Proven ability to coordinate multi-service operations and oversee vendors and contracts.
