Job Summary

Lead the Completion line on the shop floor as part of the Airbus U.S. Production team in Mobile, Alabama. As a management team member, supervise and develop the production workforce to meet time, quality, cost, and safety requirements, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate station activities across FALs. You’ll report progress to upper management, ensure materials and documentation are complete, and lead workforce planning and problem prevention.

•Provide direction and guidance to production activities and supervise the progress of the aircraft through the Station.
•Serve as a role model for OSHA compliance and ensure safety is prioritized across the team.
•Provide leadership to the Autonomous Production team (APT).
•Coordinate and communicate Station activities across the FAL, management team, other FALs, and relevant parties.
•Ensure work package completion, aircraft documentation for handover (including FOT), and develop workforce forecast requirements based on workload and vital skills.

•Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation manufacturing (Manufacturing Engineering, Assembly Processes, Production method, etc.) or equivalent experience.
•3–5 years of leadership experience in aviation.
•Experience with Quality / Logistics rules in aviation manufacturing.
•Demonstrate effective communication skills and experience leading international teams.
