Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) (BCBA/BCaBA)

Provide neurodiversity-affirming ABA services across home, school, and community settings. Conduct functional behavior assessments, develop intervention plans, and deliver naturalistic, play-based programming rooted in NDBI. Partner with families as collaborators, coaching parents, caregivers, and teachers. Support and help develop skills-based group sessions and participate in shared workspace team collaboration. Enjoy manageable caseloads, flexible scheduling, and CEU support in a hybrid Charlotte/Eaton Rapids footprint.
