Key Responsibilities

  • •Support accurate, timely, scalable quoting for commercial opportunities and new business unit offerings across multiple product lines.
  • •Design, develop, and maintain Excel-based quoting tools and quote automation workflows to improve speed, accuracy, governance, and scalability.
  • •Implement complex logic and configuration rules for product structures, pricing models, approval workflows, and regional requirements.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into quoting logic, automation rules, and scalable documentation.
  • •Bridge quoting logic to enterprise systems and support onboarding/integration for new business units, including training, rollout support, and change management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ experience or Master’s degree with 3 years’ experience (or PhD without experience).
  • •Experience building or supporting quoting tools for commercial/unreleased/pre-commercial or newly integrated business unit products.
  • •Strong understanding of data cleansing, normalization, product configuration logic, quoting rules, pricing logic, and workflow governance.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills across engineering, commercial, and IT stakeholders.
  • •Ability to evaluate and incorporate AI tools or frameworks into data analysis or quoting workflows.
