Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the global roadmap and governance for Product, BOM, Routing, and Vendor Master Data processes.
  • •Standardize and simplify master data processes, define KPIs, and drive continuous improvement using root-cause resolution and automation.
  • •Act as business process owner within ERP/PLM/MDM transformation programs, supporting process design, testing, migration readiness, and stabilization.
  • •Align senior cross-functional stakeholders and lead adoption of global standards and ways of working.
  • •Provide functional leadership to SMEs/process experts and build governance maturity and accountability across the organization.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in MDM, Data Governance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, or ERP transformation.
  • •Deep expertise in Product, BOM, Routing and/or Vendor Master Data processes.
  • •Proven track record in global process ownership, standardization, governance, and transformation.
  • •Experience with SAP S/4HANA, PLM, MDM, and complex system landscapes.
  • •Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and change leadership capabilities.
