Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist across project stages from initial definition and briefing through design/specification, procurement, construction, and building use.
  • •Undertake schedules of condition, dilapidations, party wall works, and technical due diligence under guidance of senior staff.
  • •Support feasibility studies, planning applications, listed building and conservation area consents, and building regulations activities.
  • •Contribute to tendering processes, contract administration, and measured surveys to support client delivery.
  • •Assist with technical tasks including condition surveys, technical due diligence, dilapidations, and party wall awards to build experience toward Chartership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (min 2.1 or equivalent) in Building Surveying from an RICS-accredited program.
  • •Effective decision-making and strong verbal and written communication.
  • •Proactive, driven approach to work and delivering success.
  • •Ability to work collaboratively with diverse team members to meet shared objectives.
  • •Good organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and ask for help when needed.
