Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote and enforce a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with OSHA/MSHA, lockout/tagout, and environmental requirements.
  • •Oversee maintenance and repair activities for asphalt production facilities and ready-mix concrete plants, including preventive and predictive maintenance.
  • •Drive reliability improvements by using maintenance metrics, monitoring equipment performance, and leading root cause analysis for recurring failures.
  • •Assist with developing maintenance and capital budgets, manage maintenance spending, and oversee capital improvement projects and equipment upgrades.
  • •Provide leadership, coaching, and development for maintenance personnel and support operational leadership with troubleshooting and winter maintenance planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting abilities.
