Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a trusted finance partner to the Factory team, translating operational performance into financial outcomes
  • •Lead factory planning and forecasting, including budgets, forecasts, standard costing, overheads, productivity targets, and risk/opportunity identification versus plan
  • •Drive cost control by monitoring factory costs, analyzing variances, tracking operational/financial KPIs, and recommending corrective actions
  • •Support productivity and continuous improvement by validating financial benefits and fostering a cost-conscious culture across the factory
  • •Ensure governance, compliance, and financial controls, including audit support, collaboration with GBS for reporting/forecasting, and manage CAPEX governance for ROI
