Job Summary

Lead regional Customer Service and Export operations for EEMEA, owning end-to-end SAP SD/MM/LE processes, coordinating order-to-cash, export compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with Logistics, Accounting, Purchasing and Sales. Drive process optimization, system governance, and UAT, ensuring accurate order processing, timely deliveries, invoicing, and a seamless customer experience across distributors in the EEMEA region.

Job Function: Customer Support (Service Desk)

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and monitor customer orders for Distributor in EEMEA Region; ensure timely processing, delivery coordination, and invoicing.
•Oversee export processes, ensuring compliance with international shipping requirements.
•Handle customer inquiries, resolve challenges, and ensure a positive customer experience; collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Logistics, Accounting, Purchasing, and Sales.
•Own end-to-end Customer Service and Export processes in SAP from a business perspective; act as first-level functional owner and troubleshoot system issues including delivery, stock, invoice, and posting discrepancies; translate business needs into IT requirements.
•Serve as the main interface between Business and IT; lead UAT, regression testing, and release validation; coordinate system governance and user acceptance testing.

Key Requirements

•Fluent in English (written and spoken).
•Strong SAP expertise (SD/MM/LE); experience as Key User highly preferred.
•Solid understanding of Customer Service and Export processes.
•High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
•Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
