Key Responsibilities

•Own the health of Financial Connections banking integrations by defining reliability standards and holding the team to them.
•Act as the management escalation point for complex partner issues, coordinating across partners, Stripe engineering, and product leadership.
•Drive integration health strategy by setting SLOs and operational metrics that surface risk before incidents.
•Set direction for LLM-powered agentic workflows, including safeguards and human-in-the-loop review systems, to reduce toil.
•Hire, onboard, and grow a team of Integration Reliability Engineers, building a culture focused on technical ownership and eliminating classes of problems.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3+ years of people leadership experience in a TechOps team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
•Hands-on technical depth to actively read/write code, investigate integration failures end-to-end, and query data to diagnose issues.
•Operational leadership experience owning production reliability, incident command, escalation paths, and SLO definition.
•Experience managing technical partner or vendor relationships at a leadership level, including escalations and roadmap/commercial alignment.
•Experience building or overseeing agentic or LLM-powered workflows in a production environment.
