Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide field service support for Honeywell HPS applications and products at customer locations, including maintenance, audits, configuration, programming, installation/commissioning, upgrades, and migration.
  • •Perform DCS maintenance and troubleshoot hardware and software components, including IO/loop problems and end devices.
  • •Add and modify TAGS/points and logic as per standard, including editing/modifying HMI graphics.
  • •Troubleshoot network connections of Ethernet and coaxial cabling and solve Honeywell hardware/software issues (Experion PKS, LCN, TPS/TDC).
  • •Serve as the primary customer focal point, provide first-response technical support, and deliver technical presentations to customers and peers.

Key Requirements
