Key Responsibilities

  • •Improve content ingestion, validation, transformation, and publishing pipelines for thousands of customer repositories.
  • •Build AI infrastructure for search, retrieval, and agent experiences.
  • •Enhance performance and reliability using caching, queues, databases, and observability.
  • •Collaborate across engineering and design to shape product direction and technical approaches across the stack.
