Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and execute multi-year global procurement strategies for enterprise software, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, embedded software, and cybersecurity products/services.
  • •Lead executive-level negotiations for enterprise license agreements, SaaS subscriptions, IP licensing, and complex SOWs to optimize terms and cost.
  • •Partner with Corporate Cyber Security and Risk Management to govern third-party cyber and vendor security risk and ensure compliance and data protection standards.
  • •Serve as primary executive contact for strategic software, cloud, and cybersecurity vendors and drive value through QBRs and executive steering committees.
  • •Lead, mentor, and scale a global team of strategic sourcing professionals, collaborating with Product, R&D, Engineering, Legal, and IT to integrate third-party platforms into offerings and operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • •8+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management with a focus on software and cybersecurity procurement.
  • •Advanced experience drafting and negotiating complex software, SaaS, IP, and cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security services agreements.
  • •Deep knowledge of software licensing models, cybersecurity frameworks, third-party risk management (TPRM), open-source software governance, and SaaS cost-structure modeling.
  • •Proven leadership experience recruiting, mentoring, and scaling procurement talent; ability to communicate complex commercial and technical topics to executives.
