Job Summary

Join OXIO’s Finance team as a Financial Operations Analyst supporting global AP/AR processes, invoicing, reconciliations, data uploads, and ad hoc financial analytics. You’ll collaborate with finance, account managers, and legal to understand customer agreements, prepare invoices in Xero and Facturama, and help optimize AP/AR systems in a remote-friendly, growth-focused SaaS/telecom environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with the finance team, account managers, and legal to understand customer agreements for account reconciliation purposes
•Prepare monthly invoices for customers in Xero and Facturama and audit against client contracts for compliance
•Prepare outgoing inventory invoices upon request from the sales team
•Ensure timely processing and approval of vendor bills
•Perform ongoing analysis including aging of accounts receivable/payable, monthly cost analysis, and inventory movement analysis

Key Requirements
