Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop ETL/ELT processes using Informatica (PowerCenter or IICS) and Microsoft technologies (Data Factory and Synapse Spark).
•Support data migration and integration from on-premises and Informatica-based systems into Microsoft Fabric’s OneLake repository.
•Ensure data governance standards, maintain data quality, and manage data lineage across Informatica and Microsoft ecosystems.
•Leverage AI capabilities (Microsoft Fabric Copilot and Azure OpenAI services) to automate and optimize data processing.
•Collaborate with architects and enterprise clients to optimize information flows within hybrid data architectures.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3–4 years of commercial experience as a Data Engineer or ETL Consultant.
•Hands-on Informatica experience (PowerCenter, IICS/Intelligent Cloud Services, and Data Quality).
•Experience with Microsoft ecosystem services, including Azure Data Factory and Azure SQL, plus familiarity with Microsoft Fabric.
•Strong SQL and Python skills (PySpark experience is a plus).
•Fluent Polish and English at least B2, and the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders.
