Job Summary

Lead digital advisory projects that transform client journeys using M365 and AI to create human-AI experiences. Run discovery and design workshops, translate insights into business requirements, user stories, and process flows, and collaborate across strategists, designers, engineers, and stakeholders. Experiment with Microsoft technologies like Azure, OpenAI, Power Platform, and Dynamics, contributing both to the big picture and detailed wireframes, stories, and insights while delivering impactful work across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

•Join project teams addressing real client challenges such as AI for nurse handovers, smarter cities, and future banking.
•Facilitate discovery and design workshops to map journeys, capture requirements, and prototype wireframes.
•Translate concepts into structured insights, including business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
•Explore M365 tools, data, and design thinking methods to supercharge client solutions.
•Experiment with Microsoft technologies (Azure, OpenAI, Power Platform, Dynamics) and collaborate with strategists, designers, engineers, and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of experience, preferably in a management consulting environment managing diversified industry projects.
•Experience in the banking sector is an advantage.
•Experience with M365 / AI / Copilot is preferred, including recent AI project experience.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
•Strong analytical and communication skills to untangle complexity and tell a crisp story.
