Universal Banker – West Broward (DeNovo)

Provide timely, accurate client transaction processing while delivering a high-quality customer experience. Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, online and mobile banking), support outbound calling and sales activities, and help ensure seamless Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, while adhering to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
