Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide market-leading fitness expertise and deliver high-quality personal training programs that support members’ fitness goals.
  • •Maintain gym-floor customer service and brand standards; assist members with exercise correction and safe instruction to maximize effectiveness.
  • •Educate and enforce Fitness First etiquette and regulations, including clean equipment after use and participation in club events.
  • •Complete required MY ZONE, 6D, and RISE certifications and maintain ongoing CPD requirements through IDEA Club Connect and live courses.
  • •Meet Fitness KPIs and complete training administration, including updating sessions, rosters, bookings, and client documentation using the Fitness Enterprise System.

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary Education (A level or equivalent) and Personal Training Certified (REPS A level), or working towards (enrolled).
  • •In-depth knowledge of My Zone, including using the belt at least 12 times monthly.
  • •Complete required Fitness First certifications via the Fitness First Education Academy (MY ZONE, 6D, RISE).
  • •Maintain REPS certification by completing CPD points per year, including IDEA Club Connect points and at least one live course annually.
  • •Ability to fully understand and deliver company Fitness KPIs while providing safe, effective exercise instruction.
