Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Support legal research related to Economic Law (Competition & Distribution) across multiple jurisdictions
  • •Assist in developing and implementing the Group’s Internal Compliance program related to competition law & antitrust
  • •Monitor litigation matters within the Group
  • •Assist with negotiation, drafting, and monitoring of contracts with third parties and within Group entities
  • •Support contract management by drafting notices/termination letters and renewal amendments, and track contracts and amendments in Group databases

Key Requirements

  • •Master II student or trainee lawyer
  • •Solid legal training in Competition & Distribution law
  • •At least 6 months’ experience in the legal departments of major companies and/or in international business law firms
  • •Excellent written and spoken English (fluency in another language is a plus)
  • •Good writing skills and ability to work in a team with flexibility, proactivity, autonomy, and rigor
