Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery of business-critical cloud-native applications on GCP, applying full-stack development and enterprise engineering standards.
  • •Manage and mentor a team across front-end, back-end, API integrations, data processing/testing, and production support.
  • •Partner with architects to design scalable, secure, resilient, and highly available solutions using GCP services, microservices, containers, and modern integration patterns.
  • •Provide technical leadership for Java/Spring Boot services, REST APIs, front-end frameworks, databases, messaging, and event-driven architecture.
  • •Oversee Agile delivery activities and lead production support through incident response, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and resiliency/observability improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of related experience and a Bachelor's Degree.
  • •7+ years hands-on enterprise application development with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and integration technologies.
  • •3+ years hands-on cloud-native application development on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or comparable public cloud services.
  • •3+ years experience leading or managing application development teams in an Agile delivery environment.
  • •Google Cloud certification (Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Cloud Developer, or Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer) or equivalent work experience; plus strong production support and incident management experience.
