Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, negotiate, and review commercial contracts for procurement of goods and services.
  • •Identify and mitigate legal risk using appropriate processes, trainings, and controls.
  • •Provide legal analyses of applicable laws, regulations, and industry practices tied to procurement.
