Job Summary

Deliver exceptional consumer experiences by providing outstanding service using the C.H.A.R.M. model. Support the store team with product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management while assisting with daily retail operations like POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, and loyalty program promotion. Partner with Store Management to improve personal sales KPIs and follow Asset Protection procedures to prevent shortages and maintain compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver outstanding consumer service using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
•Contribute to an enjoyable team environment by sharing suggestions, ideas, and concerns.
•Assist in store departments including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
•Support daily retail operations such as POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty program promotion, and cleanliness/recovery standards.
•Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal sales KPIs while following Asset Protection policies and procedures.

•Flexibility in your work schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance being essential.
•Genuine excitement for retail and sales, with a passion for creating memorable shopping experiences.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with consumers and team members.
