Job Summary

Support full-cycle recruitment for NPR’s People team by coordinating interviews and scheduling across time zones, managing requisition and job posting workflows, and administering offer letters and background checks. Serve as a primary candidate contact through pre-onboarding milestones while helping set up IT systems and payroll integration. Act as an administrator for Greenhouse Recruiting, maintain ATS data integrity with recurring KPI reporting, and provide Greenhouse training and troubleshooting for hiring teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, panel sessions, and debriefs across multiple time zones.
•Manage creation, review, and external distribution of job postings with inclusive language and benchmark alignment.
•Guide recruitment requisitions through internal approvals and ensure workflow adherence to timelines.
•Facilitate offer letter preparation, distribution, background check launch/review, and track end-to-end pre-onboarding milestones.
•Administer Greenhouse Recruiting (user access, permissions, system standards), maintain ATS data integrity, and train hiring teams on Greenhouse operations.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of talent acquisition coordination experience, including internships, administrative fellowships, or student leadership roles.
•Experience coordinating logistics, planning multi-step processes, and managing calendars.
•Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive personnel data.
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a track record of building collaborative relationships with diverse teams.
•Strong digital literacy and the self-directed ability to learn new systems, databases, and collaboration software quickly.
