Serve as the primary service and maintenance contact for customers in a defined market, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and starting up HVAC systems in commercial environments. Use air conditioning theory, pipe fitting knowledge, and mechanical layouts to diagnose and repair units, coordinating with team leaders and customers on on-site work. Maintain safety standards and accountability of company assets, with flexibility for overtime/weekends and occasional overnight stays.
