Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach, and develop a team of Solutions Engineers to deliver strong technical and business outcomes across the sales cycle.
•Partner with account executives and sales leadership to drive technical win strategies for new business and expansion opportunities.
•Support the team in customer discovery, technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements.
•Translate customer business challenges into modern data, analytics, and AI solution strategies.
•Provide leadership across deal strategy, resource prioritisation, stakeholder alignment, and execution planning while building cross-functional partnerships.

•Deep understanding of modern data platforms and the surrounding ecosystem, including data engineering, analytics, and cloud data platforms.
•Ability to coach teams on technical sales strategy, customer engagement, executive communication, and cross-functional execution.
•Demonstrated people leadership skills, including coaching, performance management, team development, and hiring.
