Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee plant procurement activities (Sourcing and Purchasing Operations) and manage a team of buyers to drive procurement excellence and KPIs.
  • •Maintain supplier committee meetings and collaborate with global category sourcing to support alternate supplier selection, supplier strategy, and qualification.
  • •Improve procurement operations across PR to PO conversion, PO Ack, invoice resolution, and supplier on-time delivery.
  • •Evaluate supplier risks and drive supplier risk mitigation plans with internal cross-functional teams.
  • •Lead contract strategies and negotiations for key strategic LNG suppliers, including pricing, capacity, and payment terms to support favorable LNG outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •7 to 10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, specifically in machining/fabrication operations.
  • •5 years’ experience managing a team of Buyers (Strategic and Operational).
  • •Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • •Proficiency in procurement software and tools relevant to machining procurement.
  • •In-depth knowledge of machining processes, materials, and technologies (including CNC machining, tooling, and fabrication methods).
