Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end mixed-method research initiatives, from problem framing and hypotheses to analysis, validation, and recommendations.
  • •Use quantitative methods (statistics, experimentation, causal inference, modeling) to identify trends, measure impact, and evaluate interventions.
  • •Apply qualitative methods (user research, case analysis, stakeholder interviews, ecosystem research) to understand behaviors, motivations, and emerging risks.
  • •Develop research and measurement frameworks for safety outcomes, policy effectiveness, enforcement quality, and user impact.
  • •Partner with Policy, Product, Engineering, and Operations to translate insights into policy and safety strategy decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in applied/quantitative research, data science, behavioral science, social science, or related fields.
  • •Strong statistics, experimentation, causal inference, and analytical modeling background.
  • •Experience applying qualitative research methods to understand human behavior or complex systems.
  • •Ability to combine multiple evidence sources to develop holistic, actionable recommendations.
  • •Strong communication skills to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
