Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to departmental goals and long-term technology roadmap, including leading initiatives to improve processes and ways of working.
  • •Define and deliver computational fluid dynamics models to guide design iterations, and mentor the team on CFD approaches.
  • •Verify fluid performance using established test methodologies and develop new test methods to confirm product function and thermal protection.
  • •Take charge of the fluid and thermodynamics disciplines for assigned projects, ensuring successful execution and high-quality output against timelines.
  • •Provide requirements ownership and sign-off, update delivery teams on progress and risks, and collaborate to implement engineering solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors degree in Aerospace/Automotive/Mechanical engineering (Master degree preferred).
  • •5 years of experience in mechanical product analysis & development, preferably in the consumer electrical appliance industry.
  • •In-depth knowledge of fluid dynamics and thermodynamics.
  • •Knowledge of flow measurement techniques including PIV, shadowgraphy, and pressure transducers.
  • •Advanced experience with Fluent/OpenFOAM and ANSA meshing (or relevant CFD/meshing tools), plus experience with measurement/data acquisition hardware/software.
