Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead creation and maintenance of Bills of Materials, engineering change notice documentation, and traceability of design changes from prototype through production.
  • •Develop detailed dimensional drawings for mechanical, electrical, and optical components to industry standards.
  • •Conduct tolerance build-up analysis and create GD&T drawings.
  • •Act as the on-site Teamcenter expert, guiding stakeholders on best practices and use cases.
  • •Oversee ongoing maintenance and design changes for existing hardware products, ensuring thorough documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 129,000 - 171,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in detailed CAD drafting of complex mechanical systems, including structures, mechanisms, fluid systems, and electromechanical systems.
  • •Prior experience using Siemens NX and Teamcenter (or other CAD tools).
  • •Knowledge of GD&T and ASME Y14.5.
  • •Extensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical manufacturing processes, including metal molding, forming, joining, machining, additive manufacturing, wire harness fabrication, and PCB fabrication.
  • •5+ years maintaining and enhancing a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system as a subject matter expert.
