Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical support on major programs and coordinate with Lead Mechanical Engineers and Chief Engineers to meet design objectives.
  • •Lead smaller project teams through design development, ensuring technical data packages are created in line with procedures and program objectives.
  • •Develop unit design concepts from requirements and perform design trades to address complex technical challenges.
  • •Create detailed layouts and design documentation using CAD tools, supporting hardware integration and test.
  • •Support suppliers, understand Engineering Change Release and work within the company PDM system, and serve as a Responsible Engineering Authority (REA) for a subsystem.
