Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and deliver an integrated communications strategy and corporate narrative aligned to business priorities and global themes.
  • •Lead digital and social media communications, including executive profiling and thought leadership for senior leaders and the Country CEO.
  • •Build and maintain local media relationships to support proactive storytelling and reactive communications.
  • •Create and deliver high-quality content across digital and traditional channels, including speeches, press releases, social media posts, films, and graphics.
  • •Lead reputation, issues, and crisis management across media channels and advise/escalate to senior leaders as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience in communications, public relations, or corporate affairs, with depth in digital and social media communications.
  • •Experience working in an international organisation within a regulated environment.
  • •Strong writing and editing skills to create compelling stories for internal and external audiences.
  • •Proven ability to create digital content and to brief agencies for films, graphics, and other creative assets.
  • •Experience using digital and social analytics to measure performance and optimise communications strategy and content.
