Job Summary

Design and scale low-latency inference systems for Computer Vision and NLP, optimizing throughput and resource usage for real-time user experiences. Own the full lifecycle of LLM/VLM solutions, including context engineering and agentic/multimedia reasoning flows. Build rigorous eval pipelines to measure changes reproducibly, iterate with prompt learning techniques, and develop scalable data pipelines to power training, fine-tuning, and continuous evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and evolve low-latency inference solutions for Computer Vision and NLP, optimizing throughput and resource consumption for live experiences.
•Own the lifecycle of LLMs/VLMs from context engineering to agentic flows capable of reasoning over multimedia content.
•Ensure model quality by building reproducible eval pipelines that measure impacts of changes and mitigate regressions and hallucinations.
•Iterate systematically using prompt learning and continuous data-driven techniques to improve recall and precision.
•Define system components and contracts using Spec Driven Development, and build data pipelines to support training, fine-tuning, and continuous evaluation.

Key Requirements

•Experience in the full lifecycle of Computer Vision and NLP models, including training, evaluation, and inference.
•Hands-on optimization and serving of models for low latency using PyTorch and HuggingFace, plus serialization formats like ONNX and high-performance inference engines (vLLM, Llama.cpp).
•Experience with LLM-based solutions, including context engineering, RAG, and prompt iteration/prompt learning.
•Experience building agentic workflows and complex orchestration using LangChain, LangGraph, or the Google SDK.
•Advanced Python engineering practices (e.g., Clean Architecture, automated testing, CI/CD) and data pipelines for training/evaluation using BigQuery and advanced SQL.
