Commis I (QA)

Support kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation and executing simple cooking tasks under senior chefs’ supervision. Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistent quality, maintain cleanliness and organization, and adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent cross-contamination. Help with stock rotation and inventory management, prepare ingredients and equipment for service, and assist with plating and garnishing to meet presentation standards.
