Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Service Platform team and own deployment and release engineering systems, including canary infrastructure and end-to-end deployment tooling.
•Set vision and drive execution to build intuitive, scalable, and resilient tools that enable developers to deploy, validate, and monitor services.
•Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and service teams to balance priorities and deliver reliable platform capabilities at scale.
•Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships with a customer-first mindset to address needs across the organization.
•Navigate ambiguous and technical problem spaces across deployment infrastructure and demonstrate strong incident triaging capabilities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 192,000 - 202,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
•2+ years of experience of leading and managing people with an emphasis on getting deep into details on designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems
•7+ years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages
•Proven track record of launching and shipping high-impact products; bonus points for internal, developer facing products
•Strong proficiency in maintaining high standards for production services
