Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide pre-sales support as a strategic technical resource for engagements across Japan.
  • •Design and recommend tailored security solutions to meet customer needs and influence decisions.
  • •Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to identify features and provide feedback for product improvements.
  • •Support educational initiatives and develop technical documents/presentations to aid field engineering and knowledge sharing.
  • •Monitor VIP projects and ensure seamless communication with sales teams for next steps.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with mobile core networks (CGNAT, GTP, Diameter) and/or MSSP environments is highly desirable.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Proven ability to design, implement, and articulate complex security solutions.
  • •Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and sales.
  • •Ability to adapt technical presentations to diverse audiences; BS or equivalent experience
