Assistant Financial Controller

Own U.S. and Canadian close and reporting for multiple legal entities, including journal entry review, reconciliations, and consolidated/standalone financial statements under U.S. GAAP. Design and maintain internal controls, support internal and external audit engagements, and manage regulatory filings such as CFTC/NFA reporting. Lead intercompany accounting and month-end reporting improvements, partner with finance leadership on budgeting and forecasting, and drive automation and process scalability.
