Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process for U.S. and Canadian entities, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with close calendars.
  • •Review and post journal entries, manage account reconciliations and flux analyses, and prepare consolidated and standalone financial statements under U.S. GAAP.
  • •Design, implement, and maintain internal controls over financial reporting and supervise control procedures in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
  • •Support internal and external audit engagements, preparing schedules, responding to requests, resolving findings, and maintaining workpapers.
  • •Oversee accounts payable operations and improve month-end reporting packages, partnering on budgeting/forecasting and driving automation of manual accounting workflows.

Key Requirements
