Job Summary

Lead the regional indirect procurement strategy for Pizza Hut across Asia, ANZ, and India. Own key indirect categories (restaurant equipment, smallwares, chemicals, uniforms, premiums, POSM and more), driving total cost of ownership, lifecycle management, and standardization. Run regional RFPs and supplier negotiations, partner with QA/Operations/Development/FIT to support restaurant needs and innovation, and champion ESG and responsible sourcing.

•Lead the regional sourcing strategy for indirect procurement across Asia, ANZ, and India.
•Own and manage indirect categories including restaurant equipment, smallwares, chemicals, uniforms, premiums, POSM, and future categories.
•Drive total cost of ownership, lifecycle management, and standardization.
•Lead regional RFPs and commercial negotiations with strategic suppliers.
•Partner with QA, Operations, Development, and FIT to ensure solutions support restaurant operations and innovation, and champion ESG/responsible sourcing.

•5-8+ years in procurement/category management with significant indirect sourcing experience.

•Ability to influence franchisees and senior stakeholders with strong analytical, financial, and communication skills.
