Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the performance management process is followed, including target setting, midterm review, final evaluation, and 360 appraisal.
  • •Lead talent review and succession planning; advise leaders on career development plans and mobility strategies.
  • •Design and implement employee engagement, employee experience, and diversity & inclusion programs aligned to company values.
  • •Manage employee relations issues and compliance with local labor laws; oversee policies and labor management council follow-ups.
  • •Support change management initiatives and contribute to regional/global HR projects in HR solutions and policy harmonization.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified in Human Resources or a related field.
  • •Over 12 years of HR experience in an HRBP role.
  • •Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, and performance management.
  • •Ethical, interpersonal skills with strong communication and influence abilities, and the ability to work in a team.
  • •Fluent and proficient communication in English; excellent computer proficiency.
