Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end civil and land development engineering for hyperscale data center campuses and power generation sites, delivering grading, stormwater management, underground utilities, and environmental compliance solutions.
  • •Lead hydrology and hydraulics analysis, including floodplain modeling, stormwater design, retention/detention systems, and flood mitigation strategies.
  • •Design and optimize land development plans, including earthwork calculations, site grading, erosion/sediment control, cut/fill balancing, and foundation preparation for heavy industrial loads.
  • •Drive cross-functional coordination with structural, MEP, geotechnical, and construction teams to integrate civil systems into campus layouts and site infrastructure.
  • •Conduct site visits/observations, and respond rapidly to RFIs, submittals, and field inquiries while maintaining rigorous documentation and design intent.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
  • •5+ years of progressive civil engineering experience with mission-critical facilities such as data centers, power plants, or heavy industrial projects.
  • •Proven experience in land development, hydrology & hydraulics, floodplain modeling/analysis, stormwater management, underground utilities, and environmental compliance for large-scale industrial sites.
  • •Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced industrial environments.
  • •Proficiency with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and advanced floodplain/hydraulic modeling tools; knowledge of relevant codes/regulations (e.g., IBC, ASCE, EPA, local stormwater).
