Key Responsibilities

  • •Build trusted relationships with law firm and in-house legal teams in Korea by understanding their workflows and providing tailored guidance for incorporating Harvey’s AI into daily practice.
  • •Design and lead onboarding sessions, training workshops, and ongoing enablement programs to drive adoption and maximize platform value.
  • •Partner with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to identify expansion opportunities and support renewal efforts through demonstrated impact.
  • •Surface and overcome adoption obstacles using legal empathy and thoughtful engagement with users.
  • •Translate Korean legal practice needs into actionable feedback for product and engineering, and create customer-facing Korean content (training materials, use case guides, FAQs).

Key Requirements

  • •Korean legal qualification (변호사 자격) or equivalent, with 3+ years of experience as a qualified lawyer at a top-tier Korean or international law firm.
  • •Fluency in Korean and English, able to operate seamlessly in professional settings.
  • •Ability to establish credibility and build strong relationships with key decision-makers across legal and executive audiences.
  • •Outstanding presentation skills for both legal and executive audiences (including demos/presentations).
  • •Strong understanding of legal processes and curiosity about how AI can transform the legal industry, plus sales/customer-facing experience as a plus.
