Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with key stakeholders to understand strategic goals, identify and prioritize analyses, and recommend how to deliver true insights.
  • •Develop and deliver in-depth analysis of workforce data to identify trends, interpret findings, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • •Establish and maintain a People Analytics operating rhythm, including KPI reporting outputs, presentations, and scheduled reports.
  • •Design and deliver end-user training and materials, providing technical and data support for analytics platforms (Visier, OrgVue, Peakon, Oracle HCM Cloud).
  • •Stay current with people analytics trends and best practices, and look for opportunities to optimize team processes and workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in People Analytics teams with the ability to tell the story using data and understanding of the employee lifecycle and culture measurement.
  • •Experience managing stakeholders across multiple departments and levels.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, translating business priorities into actionable insights from qualitative and quantitative data.
  • •Background in advanced analytical techniques (e.g., segmentation, organisational network analysis, predictive modelling) is beneficial.
  • •Experience using cloud people analytics systems, particularly Visier and OrgVue, plus colleague listening tools such as Peakon and cloud core HR systems (Oracle HCM Cloud preferred).
